無國界記者組織提供了一份 blogger 手冊，Handbook for bloggers and cyber-dissidents，針對如何在媒體被嚴厲審查的環境下可以匿名的blogging 提供了一些提示。

手冊同時也解釋如何建置及公佈 Blog，及藉由奉行基本的道德和新聞工作者的信條來建立它的可信性。

由於 blog 提供了一個自由言論的空間，無國界記者組織提供了這樣子的手冊，有PDF檔及HTML版本，目前也有二篇中文的翻譯。書目如下：
