Arts Council
- Place the library as the hub of a community
- Make the most of digital technology and creative media
- Ensure that libraries are resilient(彈性) and sustainable(可持續發展)
- Deliver the right skills for those who work for libraries

What will Cornell’s library look like in ten years — a glorified Starbucks, an enhanced web space, or essentially the same? Will we actually need miles of books on shelves or should we move the books offsite and re-purpose the space?
Clifford Lynch, executive director of the Coalition for Networked Information and Wendy Lougee, university librarian and McKnight Presidential Professor at the University of Minnesota, speak at a faculty forum on the future of research libraries.
