我想許多人都聽過 Yahoo!奇摩知識+，許多學生甚至只會從那裏去找資料。不過類似這類服務的鼻祖應該要算是 Google Answers，這個專案始自 2002 年。不過依據 Google 官方部落格的消息，Google Answers 即將停止服務。
Google 官方部落格 的消息中看不出 Google Answers 停止服務的原因，不過 Yahoo 及 ChaCha 的出現及迎頭趕上的情況來看，必定是原因之一，至少我覺得後者的經營模式感覺起來比較活潑及社群化，這也許是 Yahoo 的強項吧。
Google Answers 將在本週停止接受新的提問，問題的回覆也將在年底前停止，但這4年來的問答記錄將可被瀏覽。
這算是 Google 的一次挫敗嗎?
