Allison Fine 在 HBR 上有一篇文章談論在社群媒體當道的今日，Y世代以後的人在對外展現他們的 “專業"時，其行為已經與多數40歲以上的人不太一樣。她引用 Charlene Li 在 Open Leadership 書中的一段話：

The question isn’t whether you will be transparent, authentic and real, but rather, how much you will let go and be open in the face of new technologies.
