IFLA 趨勢報告：未來技能發展指南

IFLA（國際圖書館協會聯盟）在2月10日發布了 A Skills Agenda for the Trend Report，參考之前 趨勢報告 中所提及的挑戰，提出21項不同技能，確保圖書館員能夠更好地應對新情境，找出最佳應對方式或提供最優質的服務。

這些技能分為三大類，報告中針對每一項都有What it means、Why it matters、Where we are today、Next steps 說明，可以更了解其意涵。

實務技能

指的是技術能力，幫助我們更好（且更安全）地運用科技與其他機會，以實現更大的影響力。

6. Media and Information Literacy
7. Information Stewardship

夥伴協作技能

使我們能夠更有效地合作，並與同事、社群和夥伴建立良好關係。

個人發展技能

幫助我們拓展思維，培養更宏觀的視角，使我們能夠成為領導者，並發掘他人的潛能。

我覺得這麼多技能，沒有人可以具備每項技能，但第三類是有關個人發展，不論對個人或業務應該都很有幫助，所以值得進一步了解與學習這些技能。
