OCLC 為其備受爭議的「WorldCat書目記錄使用及轉出政策」而成立的 Review Board on Principles of Shared Data Creation & Stewardship 在 5月18日的 OCLC Members Council 中表示確實是需要一個新的書目記錄使用及轉出政策，但不是 OCLC 先前提出的這個草案，所以建議把它撤回。
